  • 3/4 Oz Lime Juice (22.5ml)
  • 1/6 Oz Simple Syrup (5ml)
  • 2 Drops Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
  • 1 Egg White

In a cocktail shaker, in order add lemon juice, syrup, rum, hopped grapefruit bitters, and then the egg white, shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds to emulsify. Then add ice and shake again for 10 seconds, strain in a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with orange twist or cherry.

  • 1 Drop Orange Bitters
  • 2 Slices Orange Rind

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass. Stir for 20 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with orange twist.

  • 1.5 oz Don Papa Rum (45ml)
  • 1.5 oz Mango Puree (45ml)
  • Juice of 1/2 of Lime
  • 1 Dash Orgeat Syrup
