METHOD
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the bitter Apérol, white vermouth and Don Papa Rum. Stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wedge.INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Don Papa Rum (45ml)
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (22.5ml)
- 1 oz Apérol (30ml)
- Sprig of Rosemary
- Grapefruit wedge
