DON PAPA RUM
Papa Negroni
METHOD
In a mixing glass filled with ice, add the Italian bitter apéritif, white vermouth and Don Papa Rum. Stir gently. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit wedge.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Don Papa Rum (45ml)
3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth (22.5ml)
1 oz Italian bitter apéritif (30ml)
Sprig of Rosemary
Grapefruit wedge
